Inspector Legrasse is an inspector with the Rhode Island police. He is the one who informs Alex of her grandfather's murder and is apparently leading the investigation. He is unable to offer any explanation to Alex, and this leads her to begin her own investigation two weeks later.
His only appearance is during the opening cutscene. After this, he is never heard from again throughout the rest of the story.

- Inspector Legrasse shares his name with a character from The Call of Cthulhu, one of H. P. Lovecraft's best known stories.
- It was intended that Legrasse would actually become a Bonethief, and that Alex Roivas would fight him in a boss fight, although it ended up being cut.
